Privacy Policy — Can Aydin Personal Tools
Last updated: 2026-10-15
This privacy policy describes how the personal automation applications operated by Can Aydin ("the apps") access Google user data.
Who we are
The apps are single-user, personal tools operated by Can Aydin, Berlin, Germany. Contact: canaydiinn@gmail.com
What data is accessed
The apps request access to the following Google APIs, solely for the owner's own Google account:
Gmail (send only) — to send the owner's own digest and reminder emails to the owner's own mailbox.
Google Calendar — to create and update calendar entries for concerts and events, on the owner's own calendars.
What we do with the data
All data stays within the owner's own Google account. Content fetched from public websites (event listings, public posts) is processed on the owner's own computer and written into the owner's own services.
No data is sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or training AI models.
No other person's data is ever accessed: the apps are registered only for the owner's account.
Data retention and deletion
Emails and calendar entries created by the apps remain in the owner's own Google account and can be deleted there at any time. Revoking the apps' access at myaccount.google.com/permissions immediately stops all access; no copies are kept anywhere else.
AI usage disclosure
The owner uses AI assistant software (Hermes Agent) running locally on the owner's computer to operate these apps. The AI assistant processes the same data described above on the owner's behalf; it does not access any other user's data and does not transmit Google user data to third parties for their own use.
